The difficulties that the year 2020 has brought us are widely felt by everyone, and the impact they have on our lives, economic activity and cultural dynamics are well known.

However, more than seven months after the Declaration of the State of Emergency, the moment has come to mobilize ourselves in order to counteract the paralysis factors of our collective life.

The time has come to look beyond the limits that the health situation still imposes on us and identify the opportunities that are offered to us for recovery and development.

Therefore, there is an urgent need to boost the tourist potential of the heritage of the Lines of Torres, involving the populations, institutions and entrepreneurs in the process, bringing them to participate in order to achieve this objective.

We are all called upon to transform the existing potential into a development engine for the benefit of our communities.

The strategy that we adopted from the first hour in order to realize the tourist potential of the Lines of Torres has as its essential foundations the populations and economic agents of the region, without whom no project of tourist dynamism is possible.
